	After the reunion while in Washington DC, Carol and I visited the Navy Memorial and took a few pictures of our ship's Plaque. It's well located second from the top in a central panel shown on the left.



	Our Association donated the plaque in 2006 after visiting the Navy Memorial during our 2005 Reunion.

We also had time to pay our respects to Lcdr. Donald G. Brown by visiting the Vietnam Memorial wall. Don was Operations Officer on the USS Cabildo from 1962 to 1964. He died in an air crash in Vietnam in 1967.
